We have a date! June 30th, 2020.

Dear clients,

We appreciate your kindness and patience during this period and have missed you so much. We can’t wait to see you back in the salon.

We will be re-opening on Tuesday, June 30th. If you have an appointment scheduled prior to that time, we will be reaching out personally to reschedule you for as soon as possible. To stay connected on the latest updates, follow us on Instagram @7SALON.

When you come in for your visit, you will notice a few changes.

Our staff will be taking extra special care to disinfect all areas of the salon throughout the day.  We have strict guidelines for staff to stay home if experiencing any kind of illness, and of course stylists wash their hands, stations, and tools between each client. We have also added partitions between the reception staff and clientele and floor signs making social distancing easier will be added as well.

Additionally, we have made some changes that we want to make you aware of before and during your appointment in order to keep our entire community healthy!

Prior to your appointment:

  • Note that only clients with appointments will be able to enter the salon. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or client’s guests at this time
  • We encourage those who have traveled by air to book their appointment 10 days from travel date
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing fever or other symptoms of illness

For your visit:

  • We will be performing a health screening and temperature check prior to entering the salon for all clients and employees
  • We request upon arrival that all guests use hand sanitation practices prior to all services
  • Clients and staff members are required to wear face masks while inside the salon. Note that masks must cover both nose and chin and should not be taken off at any time while in the salon
  • Only clients with appointments will be able to enter the salon unless accompanying a client under the age of 16 or in need of specific accommodations for their appointment
  • We will temporarily not be providing coat check services, so please keep the items you have on hand to a minimum
  • We will temporarily be suspending the use of our coffee bar and magazines
  • To limit interactions, we will only be accepting credit or debit cards

As guidelines from state and local authorities shift, these new policies are subject to change and as always we retain the right to refuse service(s).

I talk with our stylists daily and I can safely speak for all of us when I say we look forward to seeing each and every one of you soon. We feel grateful for your support and flexibility during these times. If you have questions prior to your visit, do not hesitate to reach out to me personally.

Warmly,

Monica Nguyen

To our SEVEN family,

We can’t thank you enough for the support you have been giving us during these last few weeks. Our stylists in particular appreciate the kind words from our clients and local community. We are touching base with them often and pass your thoughts along to them in addition to supporting them in every way we know how.

Like many of you, we have been staying informed on COVID-19, adhering to and supporting the guidelines of CDC, local and federal government.  While we don’t yet have a firm date for re-opening, we look forward to reconnecting and sharing stories in the near future. We know that our team is looking forward to the days where we are back in the salon hearing our DJs spin, sipping on a latte, and of course being able to serve our clients and touch hair again!

Our team is working on reaching out to you to reschedule appointments, but we are also offering online appointment bookings here.

Wishing you and your loved ones good health and we miss you all!
Warmly,
Monica Nguyen
Vice President, Salon and Education

The SEVEN Commitment – Your Wellbeing is our #1 Priority.

Dear Clients,

I wanted to take a moment to address the issue of COVID-19 and loop you in on everything we are doing here at SEVEN to ensure you, our clients, and our staff remain safe during these unprecedented times.

Like all of you, we are staying up to date on COVID-19. For your wellbeing, our industry is tightly monitored to meet safety and sanitation standards, and the SEVEN salon goes above and beyond these hygiene practices on a daily basis. To protect our beloved clients, staff, and community we have implemented these precautionary measures in the salon:

  • Ample antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer are available upon entrance and throughout the salon.
  • We have increased sanitation of ALL areas in our salon including high and low trafficked spots, common spaces and those for staff only.
  • As always, employees fully disinfect hands, tools, and linens after each client.
  • Complete sanitation of stations and shampoo bowls occurs after each use.
  • We have temporarily discontinued offering chocolates with our coffee service.
  • Magazines will not be provided for use in the common areas for the foreseeable future.

As is always our practice, employees are always strictly directed to stay home if they are feeling unwell and have been increasingly encouraged to do so. We will also ask our clients to reschedule their appointments in the event they appear unwell,  and welcome them back in the future.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and adhere to the advice of the CDC, state, county, and local authorities. We appreciate your loyalty, and take pride in keeping our environment safe for all individuals connected to our SEVEN salon. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 425.289.1777 or info@7salon.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Best,

Monica Nguyen
